Most likely the same situation that all companies face; extended health benefits cost keep rising and you get less. You would think employees would get a discount or a better package, but that's not the case. However, the stock ownership ans rrsp matching plan is very good in my opinion, they have your best interests in mind when it comes to your retirement planning.
