    The best thing about the benefits is the great pension plan. The worst thing is that the pension is the only actual perk you get apart from your salary.

    Decent pension and fair(ish) pay and conditions. No financial perks. Varied approach to ad hoc leave etc. My dept is ok with those things

    Generally speaking is a good place to work, however you must be careful with the team, is not a good place with every single team. In the team I was working there were fights for being manager and very unpleasant situations with management. However there's other very nice teams to work with. Excellent benefits and flexi work.

    There is a great gym and large holiday allocation. Staff can be self-nominated, or nominated by a manager, for one-off payments recognising contributions beyond their role. For less scrupulous individuals, there is much to be gained from the ineffective management and a system that takes action against those who question the hierarchy. If you are a defender of the faith, you will reap the benefits.

    Lots of discounts locally, great work from home flexibility. I also used the cycle to work scheme and it benefited me greatly.

    no childcare support at all - have to stay with fever baby and boss urge me to work on the second day boss don't respect staff - 1) seems plenty of annual leave ( 36 days) however at least several bosses (me and my colleagues) will say something to make you feel guilty if you take more than 1 week of holiday. 2) boss don't care about whether your long time no see family is visiting or not even i took annual leave, just ask you to work 3)it is unfair among colleagues, boss don't push local staff as much as international staff (racist/bias)
