Ik heb op contractbasis gewerkt bij Lockheed Martin (Korter dan een jaar)
Your peers take better care of you than your employer
The management is absolutely screwy. Firing people without warning on a Friday night after you've already gone home, a general lack of care for the well-being of employees and instead on ingratiating themselves to upper management, the literal use of the term "expendable" when describing the ease of acquiring new bottom tier laborers.

Remember that the handful of execs sit atop a tower of prosperity that has only been made possible by the literal hundreds of nameless contractors busting their bodies in the warehouses and manufacturing floors to ensure this soulless government contractor can continue to neglect their foundation based on a misplaced trust in their own ability to constantly cycle and hire fresh contractors before anyone gets wise to their method of operations and just how toxic it is.

Ik heb online gesolliciteerd. De procedure duurde 2 weken. Ik heb gesolliciteerd bij Lockheed Martin (Manassas, VA (Verenigde Staten)) in juni 2020.
Best experience applying for a job and interviewing that I have experienced in my career. The recruitment team was quick to reach out after submitting my application. A list of questions was provided via email that were relevant to the role that allowed me to provide more background in regard to my relevant experience and why I was interested and looking for a new role. The recruitment team was highly responsive throughout the whole process.
Once the hiring team confirmed their interest, they coordinated an initial background check and scheduled an interview. The interview was a panel interview in which the team was the most prepared that I have ever seen. The hiring manager provided a thorough overview of the organization, role, and objectives. The team was warm, welcoming, and was not rushed. It flowed naturally, and I was able to provide an overview of my relevant experience, what interested in me in the role, and why I would be a good fit. The team was prepared with questions to ensure that I would be a good technical and cultural fit and provided me with feedback as to which points resonated the most with the role.
They were clear on next steps, were open on the timing of decision, and were in touch with their decision just as expected. I would recommend Lockheed Martin to any top talent looking for a great place to work.
