Ik heb een voltijdbaan bij Lifetime Training (Langer dan een jaar)
I think the culture varies a little between floors but, where I work, the environment is positive and supportive. You are provided with absolute clarity in regards to the expectation of your role, and allowed a lot of input when deciding your performance targets. The salary is industry standard, and a great team makes it a fun yet professional place to work. There are tangible opportunities for career progression if you are driven and willing to put the work in. Flexibility and an emphasis on managing your own time enriches the working experience.
No sick pay means that employees often turn up to work poorly and then infect the rest of the team: not a great policy! That said, there are some good perks.

Rethink your sickness policy. Aside from that, a good place to work.
