Lack of innovation. Changes in leadership since Jan 2017 has created confusion in knowing mission and morale of employees is very low due to layoffs. Training is non-existent for new hires. Some leadership can be considered bullies.
Advies aan management
Learn to manage people as well as understand the business. There are a lot of people with years of experience but the knowledge isn't being shared. Be open to hearing grievances of subordinates rather than take it personally. Be more transparent to reduce confusion about business changes/direction.
