Great group of smart people who really believe in the brand.
Can’t keep people because the managers can’t run the company. Managers are not developed, people want training and development and there are no opportunities for it. Germany dictates everything and they have no idea how to run a company that is in Silicon Valley, they don’t get how different it is here. Many people leave because they have great ideas, but they are so stifled in being creative and nothing comes to fruition. Then they move on the Apple and Google.
Advies aan management
Daimler needs to have less control, needs less German management, fix HR problems (can’t ever keep HR people), develop managers. And get rid of the current CEO.
