    Threats, Anxiety and Fear is the way Management chooses to motivate it's staff.

    If a company is constantly hiring and firing, then maybe, maybe the problem is not with the employees but rather the leadership of the company itself.

    You could hire the Pope into Patsnap, and they will find a way to get rid of him.

    Very surprised that some sort of litigation has not been leveled against this business just based on the way you treat employees and threaten them.

    Whilst working here, you wake up everyday thinking - is this the day I get fired?

    Funny thing is, even when you have performed well - the fear still lingers on, as a sort of relic from previous abuse.

    Asking people to leave fake reviews will work for a while, however if change doesn't come, the same people who made glowing reviews because they were too new to understand what this company is about will return to leave a negative review.

    It all balances out in the end.

    Is that normal?

    Look at some of the top SaaS companies in the world with hypergrowth, did they get there by hiring and firing SLT leaders?

    This isn't 1996, people have rights and they are aware of this.. one big problem with opening an office location in the EU is that we actually respect worker's rights here.
