Good for graduates, stable job even in the crisis times, possibility to get various experience through job rotation, good facilities.
No possibility for career progression, only through personal connections, unfair evaluation process, weak senior management with shortage of people management skills, supposingly good salary but in reality you are required to perform +1 job (as a specialist you are required to perform a manager job). Hard work not recognized.
