    Is a fun industry, the company have great projects and you can learn a lot

    Minpunten

    The company doesn't want to invest money in the employees. They waste a lot of money on projects that don't work but don't want to spend in the welfare of the employees Demands a lot of time the company expects you to work 12 hours, weekends and on vacations. Is what they expect ”from an owner”. Women can not grow in the company because maternity is not a positive thing and the company demand a lot of time.

    Improve the culture towards the employees in the long-term the experience is something that you may treasure. Keep your eye in the women treatment the programs are really nice but in reality, they are undervalued

    - Lot of pressure and workload (depending on your line manager) - Bad work-life balanced - Pessimistic mindset of colleagues in the field (not at headquarters). Kind of drag you down after a while. - Lack of teamspirit/teamwork.     -MVP traineeship should be fully rebuild : 1.5 year of sales then 6 months of deepdive in a marketing project. Otherwise, you're just a Sales Rep for 1.5 years, which is conflicting with the definition of a traineeship in which you're suposed to change function.     Pay; Benefits; Free Beer;Environment friendly;

    Minpunten

    No loyalty; KPI/Review process is not transparent and many people are let go even doing a good job just to fit the bell curve; Long hours and loyalty and experience are not appreciated by upper management. Upper management is only worried about diversity but biased on positions filled with like minded Brazilian.

    Keep the people that have the experience and if you must have young workers have them learn from the experienced rather than having them replacing them.

    -Fast paced environment -Fast growth career opportunities -International environment with lots of people from all over the world

    Minpunten

    -no handovers, people are thrown into positions and expect to deliver clear results -loss of knowledge due to the fast environment, in position it's everyone for themselves -Toxic work environment at zone Europe. No one says hi to each other as stated above everyone for themselves so much for the "bringing people together"
