      Pluspunten

      I really enjoyed my time working at EMEA Recruitment and was very sad to say goodbye! It is an open and fun culture focused on individual and team success. The business is doing very well and is highly regarded as a trusted partner across the Netherlands and Switzerland. There is lots of opportunity to push yourself out of your comfort zone and develop. I grew a lot as a person and professional in the 2.5 years I was there and will always be grateful for the opportunity I had! There are also loads of pretty good benefits aswell: Monthly team lunch's Quarterly Lunch Clubs Christmas trips abroad for the whole office! Annual Incentives Great commission Both sales and operations are valued within the business Well being- Yoga/Gym/ Extended Lunch Breaks CSR committee 4pm Finish on a Friday

      I think with any role in Recruitment the work life balance is going to be hard and my struggle was always with wanting a little more flexibility to reflect my own life. I do however know this is something they have implemented now so actually see it as a real positive that they listen to there staff members!
