If you're into marketing and want to make a real strategic impact, this is the place! People are motivated, smart and supportive. Enormous potential to learn/steep learning curve.International oriented, both in projects as in the internal organization. For all the people reading this: this is a consultancy firm. With al its benefits (as described above), but it's demanding. In pace and work pressure, might feel stressful, might sometimes be tough diving into data for hours. The real question is: what is more important for you? Personally (as you can guess), I'm the person who likes the saying 'a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor' :)

Strong focus on insights, story and strategy, not so much at data and numbers - In the first 6 months I worked here I learned more than in 2 years in my previous job: it can feel a bit like 'being thrown in the deep' but the learning curve is steep. - International company, interesting colleages, young team - Often drinks on Friday, every now and then trips, parties or lunch boat breaks - Warm amazing lunch (shout out to our lunch chef Tato!) - Generally quite flexible with working hours: everybody works hard but they don't stand at the door with a timer
