Collaborative team dynamic where you are supported to work together - while encouraged to trust your skills and develop your own voice. Leadership is supportive of new ideas and challenging the status quo. People are generally a pleasure to work with - across HR, Product, Development, Consulting, etc. Very internationally diverse with folks from all over the world - with a respectful and curious approach towards other cultures. Impressive work-life balance. No matter how busy it gets, your time off is valued and protected. Working from home is openly supported - though the good vibes around colleagues do drive me to the office often. If you'd like a cut-throat corporate culture like some of the bigger names in MarTech, then this is NOT for you. But if you enjoy working with intelligent minds who value honest, authentic, supportive connections, you'd feel at home at Relay42.

Minpunten

While the old crew contributes a lot to the great spirit of the company, it sometimes gets us stuck in our old ways. Hiring a continuous fresh flow of dynamic professionals would be a valuable addition to shake things up. While open, direct feedback is appreciated, egos and personal attachments sometimes get in the way of taking in constructive feedback for growth as a company. We are generally good at talking and sometimes less good at listening. We could use more taking in feedback from internal teams as well as customers to revamp the way we do things.

Fair onboarding, great work flexibility, professional/polite & knowledgable people, good office. Started working without any newances, no surpises. Everything went and is going smooth.

Minpunten

Some may not like working in a scale up, other than that, nothing I can think of yet.
