I always loved working at Relay42 for the people. I made a lot of strong connections there, and I felt like management really wanted everyone to bond. I believe that Rogier (CEO) really cares about people, and he understands the importance of spending quality time with staff.

There was a time when the company felt like it was growing fast and it was really exciting. Things didn't manage to get off the ground, though, and a lot of super good people left. After that, it felt like we were just trying to keep everything together.

If you are looking for a strong mentor and manager, I have to admit there aren't enough strong senior manager, and if you are a strong pro, you may have to coach your manager too for some time :)
Same with a clear career map: this is not a place where one will give you a guarantee of what your role/grade will be in 1 year, 2 years, 3 years. Other than that - speak to a couple of people in your function and get more insights!
