    Overly beaurocratic ans hierarchical-
    Too many priorities - Save does anything and everything which makes it hard to do anything well or have a clear focus.

    HR and senior management in operations lack clear processes to improve painpoints in the organization- .Stop enabling really bad staff. Ceo could be more approachable.

    Minpunten

    Toxic working environment, bullying, lack of transparency, lack of progress and innovation, the list could go on. Not much has changed over the years and that will continue to be the case with those in current upper level management positions. Without true leadership things will continue to fail.

    Take responsibility when necessary and understand what real leadership looks like and what it actually is. Being a leader is more than a job title.

    The folks I had the pleasure of calling colleagues were awesome. Motivated, smart, creative and fun to be around, the people are the best part. If you have the right boss and the right team, it can be a great place to build your career. Carlos and Carolyn are visible leaders who create opportunities for staff to share feedback (no matter your tier in the org chart), and while it's a tricky one for such a big organization (300-ish in DC, 300-ish in CT and 100-ish in KY? or more? I never really knew), the communications internally got better while I was there.

    That said, there are pockets of terrible. Whether it's a bad VP or getting stuck on a team that doesn't value you, there are a few teams that I would steer my friends away from applying to.

    Management training would go a long way to ensuring that the person most responsible for an employee's experience (their manager) is a skilled one.

    With so many bad reviews, I wanted to shed some light on the truth on the company and our Houston Tx branch. With my time at the Houston office, I met so many wonderful people who taught me so many things either in the professional or personal aspect. I had the opportunity to support many different communities in so many inquire ways. I have never been so proud to represent a company, especially when they community took time out to honor me for my job. The negative comments to not do this company and branch justice. 90% of my colleges were really good people and continue to do good work despite the challenges. The core values of Accountability, Creativity, Ambition, Collaboration and Integrity are definitely practiced within the company They are also very generous with time off, employee appreciation event, raises, opportunities for travel, career growth and education, and many additional things.

    The only cons about our office was It was really rewarding until a couple bad eggs changed the culture of our work. They did not follow the values of the company therefore our team to not get the support needed from them but from others in our office and the company while still being constrained. Do not not let the reviews turn you away from this company and the Houston branch but I will say being in the same environment with those couple of bad eggs is not where you want to be right now.
