This post is written for anyone thinking of working for the company. They have fallen apart since the private equity companies bought them. Year after year it has been cut to bleed dry. They have been over 4 CEOs in the last 5 years, that should tell you something. A lot of money has been lost year after year and we never understood why, which impacted the company quickly. Covid is not the only reason. Any recent positive review has to be fake. Be careful. Much of the workforce has been reduced to atoms. Those who are left working are multi-tasking. It's very sad to see how came to this. They don't care for us who have worked and dedicated to the company for many years. They just terminate your role. For every C-level they hire, that equals 2-3 roles terminated. That is how bad it has become. Stay away.

Everything is bad, unfortunately. Since it is owned by a private firm, they don't care about the company. A few of those upper echelons are so ego-driven thinking they can snap their fingers to get things done without understanding the process of the business. This creates a toxic culture coupled with low morale. It's very sad to see.
