Management and leadership while nice people on the outside will hide their biases and under utilize more experience staff. Room for advancement is blocked within the call center unless you are part of the chosen few. Ideas are heard yet politely turned away because they believe only people in those respective departments can have expertise in those areas. Many of the things that were seen as acts of appreciation set in place by previous Directors and Managers have been removed over the years so other than "thanks" your hard work is just part of the job, Basically if you're not in the clique then you do you job and are seen and not heard.
