The clientele in my area of specialty at the time was challenging

Salary packaging. Exposure to wide range of experience. There are a lot of opportunities. Mostly because of high staff turn over. If you can put up with the toxicity there are many different avenues for career advancement. Mostly into management where you become part of the problem.

Toxic workplace. Has been for decades. Bullies constantly promoted perpetuating the problem. Any one kind or decent gets overlooked or, heaven forbid tries to address these problems, is bullied until they quit. Management do not listen to workers at the front line. They in fact, seem to have nothing but contempt for anyone below them. It's very sad for Canberra that decade after decade, inquiry after inquiry nothing has changed. This ultimately, negatively effects patient care.
