The Fact that they are so bogged down in there own stupidity that you can work within your own area relatively independently.

Minpunten

Basically Everything Else. The Culture is that of lies. When working with people and upper management, it is literally impossible to get things done. Way too much inefficiency to get anything done. I cannot believe this company actually is profitable, because they sucker their clients in a very obvious manner.

Yikes! This is a very polarizing review compared to the others we've received. Nonetheless, we thank you for your review. We've worked hard over the years to create an atmosphere in which employees are encouraged to share their feelings and ideas. We're honestly very surprised to hear you have so many concerns. We encourage you to share your thoughts on how we might improve with HR, your Coordinator, or one of the Principals.

You have to enforce your own boundaries about work/life balance, challenging clients are times (most are great)
