Extremely unstable environment .If you’re someone who values stability, clarity, and a healthy work environment, this may not be the right place.The company has a pattern of frequently replacing employees , often without clear reasons or communication ,which creates a sense of insecurity and impacts overall morale and productivity. Leadership is a core issue. There’s a noticeable lack of direction, and decisions tend to be reactive rather than strategic. Managers and department heads often take on responsibilities outside their roles , not to support the team, but seemingly to gain visibility with upper management. This leads to neglect of their actual responsibilities and, worse, those genuinely doing their jobs well often become scapegoats when things go wrong. The work culture leans heavily toward blame rather than learning and improvement. While the company claims to be in “transformation,” there’s little visible progress. Frequent changes happen without a clear roadmap, making the environment feel chaotic and mentally draining. Hiring for leadership roles is also concerning. Many in key positions appear unprepared or reliant on outdated practices from previous companies, with little understanding of what this organization truly needs. Instead of addressing root causes when issues arise, leadership often resorts to cost-cutting — letting go of the very people trying to drive results. Teamwork is not cultivated. The culture encourages individual posturing over true collaboration, leading to missed opportunities and an overall lack of cohesion. HR, unfortunately, is part of the problem. Rather than serving as a partner to both employees and leadership, HR often seems to reinforce poor practices and decisions, adding to the sense of mistrust. In short, this is a mentally exhausting environment that doesn’t reward the effort you put in — professionally or emotionally. If you’re looking for a place to grow, contribute meaningfully, and feel secure in your role, this may not be the right fit.
