When I first started at this company I thought it was wonderful, but little did I know that they were just playing a political game! They hired new staff who they were not willing to train or share business knowledge with. You are left to figure things out on your own. Then when management feels you are not doing a good job even after no training or resources are provided they simply let you go because "the fit is not right". All they want is a new person to blame their inefficiencies and errors on! For anyone applying here watch out, I do not recommend this place to anyone because of their dishonestly and inability to retain employees. This company lacks leadership, vision and communication.
