Absence of Direction: The company lacks clear goals or a unified direction, creating uncertainty. Lack of Safety Measures: Minimal efforts toward safety, resulting in hazardous working conditions. No Proper Health and Safety Committee: Absence of a well-structured committee to ensure workplace safety and address risks. Token Rewards: Minimal incentives, such as infrequent pizza parties and occasional coffee and donuts, do not meaningfully reward employee efforts.
