I was on a team that kept getting smaller and our goals got larger and larger. I had a manager yell at me and try to get me to quick when he was attempting to do a back office review. This place is so far out that by the time you fight traffic that you will be tired of the daily commute. I got so tired of this job that I barely wanted to roll out of bed to go there in the mornings. I also had my stress level increase and my blood pressure was up. When I left my blood pressure dropped and my stress level decreased. This place has a very high turn over rate. They do expect you to be a rock star here but the support is not always there for you to accomplish that goal. I know people that were successful employees and they hated their job there and left. They bribed employees to give the company a high rating to be listed as a best place to work in Cincinnati. If you tell people that we will have a part if we make the best place to work again some people will be like sheep just to get some food and drinks.
