They will pay you well....but beware, it comes with a price

Management has no idea what they are doing. Management is not supportive and bite-back a lot. They will smile in your face and stab you in the back. There are no policies in place to assist. The co. will work you like a dog by having you work in two roles. There is NO work-life balance at this place. Many in management are racist.
