      No rewards and appreciation No job security, any time you can be thrown out of the company. No concern about the employees Management is very adamant, unwilling to change their decisions even if the employee is having some concern.

      Thank you for your review. We are performance driven agency and expect good performance from our team. Work here is challenging and and of top notch quality. It's very hard for us to compromise with quality of work. In case if we find some one is not doing his job well or not performing well. We try to help employee in all possible way and give 1-2 months time period to improve. If we find candidate is not able to improve and scale, we ask employee serve 1 month notice period. We never let any one go without any reason. Anyway, we wish you all the best for your future endeavour

      Good Learning Opportunities. One of the best companies for someone who is looking to make career in Digital Marketing. Friendly colleagues. Helpful seniors- All experienced members of the team help the new employees to grow their knowledge and skills in every possible way. No office politics. On time Salary. Well organized management. Good facilities in the office premises.

      Office is a bit far for employees coming from Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon. Also there is no nearby metro station.
