There's a big problem with psychological safety within the company where different people are affected but lack good support, both from management and HR, and issues are left unaddressed. There is little competence when it comes to managing or helping teams succeed, the criteria for rewards, recognition, and career growth are somewhat unclear, with some disciplines being completely stagnant. The lack of a vision, strategy, close collaboration, and transparency makes it quite hard to be satisfied with one's job and to feel empowered in doing it, while it rather creates a lot of unnecessary feelings of insecurity. It's quite hard to be able to feel like you're making an impact when things change so fast with little to no context and the planning is either absent or very short-sighted.
