Overtime 1.5x pay avaliable. over 2x pay for projects lots of training (HIPPA, materials safety, etc ) 4% 401K matching, fully vested on month 1 of avliability tuition reimbursement programs avaliable they promote from within health insurance premium not most affordable, not most expensive either

Minpunten

lack of training when I started big company, can be bureaucratic and slow in decision making and implementation some project manager have no IT experience and/or knowledge. Hard to communicate needs and technical issues with project managers and/or upper non-IT management Hospital work is stressful during pandemic
