      Pluspunten

      Has very good medical/dental benefits and 401k program. Some very good and knowledgeable people that can really help grow the company if they let them.

      Minpunten

      Terrible morale within the company. No flex time offered, poor communication between departments, and no time for strategy---product development is done on a whim. Poor management within the Marketing Department and no room for advancement within the company. Very high turnover.

      This company would not be on the map (nor should it be) without Speck and Tech21

      Don't let the fact that Speck and Tech21 fall under the umbrella of brands that Alphacomm owns and operates fool you into thinking this is a reputable company in the mobile tech space. Plain and simple, this company is a chop shop. This company treats it's employees like sweatshop workers, relies on guidance from leaders who are arrogant and condescending, and is quick to hire and fire. Turnover is a problem due to lack of leadership and culture. Your contributions, time and commitment don't matter. You will be treated as a number. Company direction changes constantly (and not in a smart and nimble way) due to desperation.
