The situation escalated in a manner that did not reflect fairness or transparency. Actions taken during this process raised serious concerns around how employees are treated and how sensitive matters are handled. Boundaries crossed in terms of how issues were escalated - leading to an unnecessary scolding and abrupt termination on flimsy grounds. HR is very unprofessional and lies on a regular basis. Terminating an employee for gross misconduct when you have zero morals, ethics and corporate knowledge reeks of mismanagement.
