Great weather, nature, very laid back, long vacations, some nice people. They fire people only when downsizing. Otherwise it's unbelievably safe.
Minpunten
It's the antonym of an inspirative / exciting / innovative / dynamic / positive work environment. Instead think of crabs in a bucket. It's all smiles and friendliness until you turn your back, then they rip you apart and rob you naked. Career options are abysmal - spending years at one position is normal. I almost forgot how to code here as well as anything about CS.
