Pluspunten

Amitech means well. Would like to think of themselves as a consultancy, and if able to turn their entire focus on a single effort, can successfully execute and deliver projects. This model however, isn't scalable.

Minpunten

Single threaded, going to the market for resources every time they have a piece of work enter the pipeline. Lots of drama in the STL office due to this.

They had some good customers, projects were not that bad.

In addition to failing all of the deliveries to customers due to incompetent people, their HR fails with their immigration promises to employees, which directly impacts lives of people. Turnover is huge, 0 commitment from company regarding your eployment.
