Minpunten
-UNDERPAID, college degree or not. Rewarding but CHALLENGING work that is NOT worth what you are compensated. - INADEQUATE TRAINING. This applies to the whole field of ABA (Applied Behavioral Analaysis) in general. * They give you 40 hours of training, several shadow sessions and that’s it. *These children deserve college level trained professionals who have in-depth knowledge of Autism and Behavioral Pyschology, not just any person who is “great with kids”. - Bonus system is bogus when you’ve been there over a year and find out the new hires are being paid $4 an hour more than you for the same amount of experience. - VERY unorganized, internal organization and providing necessary resources. * Even when you ask via email and in person NUMEROUS times. - The co-founder and Senior Clinical Sueprvisor quit resulting in higher stress levels and uneven distribution of labor among the remaining two executives. - HOURS can be cut significantly without warning and you are not compensated when Clients cancel. Sometimes they have other work for you but usually not.
