Pluspunten
Apart from good salary there are no benefits. But salary is also not too high, if you look in the market (specially in B'lore) this is an average salary. I do not not think there should be any reason to work here.
Minpunten
1) Very bad policies (most of them you won't even know until situation won't come before you) 2) High work pressure. 3) High performance pressure, this is the worst thing here. If you are not working good even for a small duration than also it would be treated as bad performance, and you can even loos your job. 4) Un-healthy work environment, if you see rats here and there in the company premise (even near your cubicle, in the eatables) then you can think about this very easily. Many a times biscuits which are kept in the pantry are expired , and on complaining they say it is not bad. 5) there is no technical growth, you will stuck in the proprietorial tool, no opportunity in the market if you say that you have worked on AMP. List will keep on going.....In one word...never join this company.
