Office staff does not have much welfare as the retail staff. Retail staff having team dinner and team bonding events on a bi/monthly basis while office staff is once in a blue moon kind.
When ideas are shared, they will just waste your time by asking you to do research and rejecting whatever proposal you have.
Favouritism in the company. This particular staff is untouchable and no matter which department the person goes to, everyone is unable to work with that person. Even when the person is caught slacking in the job, would not be ask to leave. Last but not least, earning a high salary but doing nothing at work.
