Minpunten
- Some old-fashioned views about work-life balance. Effort and commitment was often calculated according to willingness to work late nights. You certainly get back what you put in as personal development, but those with active social lives/families may struggle, especially within sales/marketing.
- The limited scope for internal progression means you are unlikely to want to remain at ApplianSys for more than 3 years.
- During my stay, there were no options for flexible working.
- Within sales there is no commission, and the bonus is based on company performance, so while salary can increase over time to reflect results there is no immediate financial return on investment for closing sales.
