Find any reason not to give their employees a raise and will make up excuses about how experience and education does not affect your pay raise.

We’re confused. We have a very clear pay grid that is based on experience, education, training, professionalism, and performance. This is given to all employees during new hire training and we use this grid for all reviews. The system is objective and transparent and based on data. Awesome owners! Amazing co-workers. Funny reading the other poor reviews on this. If your employed in the company you know exactly who left the review and they are delusional. Disgruntled and upset about their self made problems. Admin is amazing, the company is very fair and good to us.

Minpunten

Clients are a challenge but that is made very clear from the beginning.

Gossip/cliques among admin. Admin has favorites. Unprofessional responses when calling out due to sickness, family member passing, etc. unfair pay among employees They consistently depend on behavior support specialist to maintain the building, assist with the schedule, write reports, maintain intense behaviors, make lunches for all 50+ clients without giving any positive feedback or praise and treated BSS as any other staff, sometimes worse. Admin puts most blame on BSS when things go wrong in the building Not enough training with RBT staff to manage behaviors No sick pay or bereavement

Thank you for the valuable feedback! We are addressing things with that buildings admin (feedback has been consistent with others). The issue will be resolved and watched closely to ensure Admin follows through. Nobody in our company should make anyone feel the way you did. Each building has a max of 36 clients so the 50 is a bit exaggerated, however the rest is valuable info we’ll be using along with others to get building on the correct path.
