Great products Great family feel to company Everyone is super nice, friendly and helpful

Upper mgmt has ZERO trust in reps and believe that the products sell themselves. Sales reps are traced on their work phone or computer. Reps are remarkably underpaid. Top rep in 2014 and 2015 didn't even make $100k. Presidents club reps don't make $100k even when having +$1m territories. Comp plan is bogus. "Broken" and "laughable" recruiters have used. CFO doesn't even use company 401k it is so bad.

Most people who work on 2nd Shift are great people. The work is easy and pay is good.

The company is stingy with money. Hardly any move up. They give good benefits but dont expect any more from them.
