The people I worked with day in and day out were amazing humans. Passionate, fun, driven. It started out as a collaborative, flat org working together to attain success.

Poor leadership at the top. Lack of strategic vision and operational execution. New CEO struggling to fit in and drive any positive change. Changed from a flat org to very hierarchical and corporate overnight. Culture and business is suffering and layoffs continue.
