      Pluspunten

      Insurance premiums are paid 100% (however actual plan is very bad), relatively laid back, somewhat of a close family feel, lots of free lunches.

      Minpunten

      Management, disorganized, tons of gossip, terrible direction. They try to impress with things like kegorators, ping pong tables, free lunch, etc but the direction and overall leadership is terrible so none of those things really matter. If your serious about your career, stay away from this place. There is a reason they have high turnover, because to many people fall into the trap of them being a "cool" company when its an awful environment. I have seen too many people come in and its great for 4 or 5 months and then they see what its really like.

Fantastic benefits including employee medical coverage, benefit management tools, heavily discounted onsite daycare (a gamechanger for sure), retirement plan matching, engagement and values based rewards, flexibility, etc.

      Not a con, but realistically, this industry isn't for everyone. It's hard work but also very rewarding for those that are the right fit for the organization and PEO dynamics.
