I don't know if there is any pros to this company.
Minpunten
1- Toxic Work Culture 2- Management treats every employee worse than a street dog. 3- They can shout at you and humiliate you anytime or anywhere if there is mood is not good. 4- They expect you be to a spineless employee. 5- You can't justify yourself if you're right. If they say that you're wrong it means you're wrong. There opinion is the final verdict. 6- Every employee in the company is scared of the Management or the so called owners. 7- If you can bear with the management shouting at you 6 times a day mostly humiliating and half of the time you not knowing the reason then this is the company for you. 7- Management is full of ego and attitude. God knows what they think of themselves. Pathetic people. Nobody deserves a boss like them.
