Even after 12 months or 12 yrs. Pretty harsh kick out the door. - people backstab and there is poor two way communication - managers yell at employees in head office, even in HR - you stay till 10pm because systems crash with no thanks and they expect you to be there at 8am the next morning - lack of flexibility
