Made to work like a slave. No work life balance, if you are someone with thick skin you should be a part of this Organization. If you are in Avian you need to forget about having a life, no mental peace, no consideration, no appreciation, you are expected to know things on your own. They dnt understand that you are a fresher who has just entered in the field of PR and requires a level of handle holding. They have told stuff that we only give 15 days to any new person. Waste a lot of time gossiping on morning calls and discuss personal stuff. Even the Account Directors are casual in doing their work and make sure that the team is scattered and everyone hates each other. Divide and Rule is the policy of AVIAN WE They pass comments casually and find it quite ok to mentally harass you. They dnt brief you and yell when it is not done according to their standards.
