I was given opportunity to work with a lot of high-profile clients and had a great experience at the company. I chose to move on and take a similar position at a larger company for more career growth potential, but I appreciate my experiences at AwareManager.
Minpunten
The company seemed to react to change as opposed to anticipating it and being proactive, so it made it hard to see the big-picture goals of the organization/the direction of the company. Middle management is well-intentioned but inexperienced.
