- Sem oportunidades de crescimento em alguns times - Muito favorecimento pessoal - Contaram sempre amigos, ex companheiro de empresa, deixando de lado a competência. - Sistema complexo e que não funciona bem a maioria das vezes - Gestão Péssima. Infelizmente o CEO é boa pessoa, mas confia nas pessoas erradas, não acompanha de perto o que acontece, espero estar fora da empresa em no maximo 6 meses

Base demonstrates strong performance and operational stability in all international territories, outside of the US.

Minpunten

Base US is currently suboptimal and faces significant strategic issues. There is a failure in executive leadership; specifically, the Base US CEO is unsuited to lead the required expansion with operational stability. Evidence of the instability is clear: every Director hired in 2025 has been laid off a few months of tenure. Rapid and high-level turnover signals poor strategic planning and a damaging environment for talent retention and employee morale.

Coworkers and managers seemed to be all time frustrated with passive-aggressive attitude. I quickly decided to not continue working there.
