Little or no logical organization at the team and division levels in Bayer Crop Science. Managers like to milk the clock. There is little or no hypothesis driven science happening at Bayer Crop Science. Progress is very slow because the internal system is very cumbersome, slow, and difficult.

I met some really great people there. I felt like I was truly a part of something bigger than myself. Loved the goal... health for all, hunger for none. I mentored some brilliant minds, and I am honored to have been there to support them.

If the team you're working with likes you, you're golden. If you do things a little differently but can still achieve good results, it will not be enough. Basically, fit in or they will find clever ways to get rid of you, like putting you in charge of a project that you have little-to-no experience working on, and then terminate you when things aren't 100% better.
