Dear juniors from IIT, If you’re reading this, here’s my genuine advice based on my experience. Join Beehyv only if: You feel you may not be able to secure another job in the next 2–3 months, or You specifically want an SDE role just to gain hands-on experience and learn core development. Beyond offering basic development exposure, Beehyv does not provide much in terms of career growth, compensation, or opportunities. There are many companies out there that value IIT talent and offer far better salaries, projects, and career paths — you just need to explore and identify them. If you need more guidance or information, feel free to reach out to seniors from IITs who have previously worked at Beehyv. They will be able to share honest insights about their experiences as well.
