Absolutely none, apart from the pay which is fairly good

Minpunten

WARNING!!!! you don't get payed when you're being trained and the work is so painstakingly mind numbing its unbearable to work there, don't do it.

Pluspunten

- great base pay for a sales job especially for industry - benefits are top notch - free lunches in field via company card - company suv - everyone is very helpful and friendly - small company feel but large company resources - can WFH if needed and not feel micromanaged by sales management - amount of vacation time given even for new hires

Minpunten

- can have some overnight travel depending on territory - not really seeing your team every day due to geography, so can feel “lonely” - a lot to learn at first (company processes). Especially if you don’t come from the paint industry.
