Pluspunten
Bluevine offers strong benefits and genuine opportunities for growth. I’ve been able to take on responsibilities beyond my core role and work on initiatives I care about, which has helped me advance my career. When I’ve identified areas for improvement, I’ve been given the chance to help build solutions rather than just point them out. If you’re proactive, there’s real room to innovate, take ownership, and make an impact, which is what startup culture should be about.
Minpunten
Like many startups, there are growing pains. Processes aren’t always fully built out, and some early team members can be attached to legacy ways of doing things. The environment isn’t for everyone. You have to be comfortable with change and ambiguity.
While the benefits are strong overall, I do wish the PTO offering were more generous compared to other tech companies.
