Very casual workplace, usually that's a good thing. You have a lot of freedom to manage your window the way you see fit. Management backs you 100%. Ironbound section of Newark has great food and vibrant nightlife. Frequent meetings and discussion, lends to the idea of a cooperative workplace. You'll leave the job one day with a feeling of pride and accomplishment.

When it's bad, it's bad. Scary bad. Wild stress, extreme pressure and workload fluctuation. Computer systems are dreadfully slow. Teamwork can be strong, but sometimes lacks at critical times. You work in a trailer beneath Routes 1&9. Expectations are not always realistic, and compensation is not commensurate with the job's demands. You've got to be tough and ready or you'll be eaten alive.
