      Great terminal and sales staff across the US to work with. Good book of business with great relationships with their customers.

      Minpunten

      Dysfunctional, strained relationship between Corp and the terminals - starts with leadership. CEO is not a motivator nor an effective communicator. Does not see the big picture nor have relevant discussions and make decisions to ensure the company grows and is successful.

      Recently purchased by an equity firm, BTT is starting fresh as an organization. Ability to search out best practices as they develop and execute strategy.

      Minpunten

      BTT has hit the ground running in terms of developing their culture and systems with it's departure from Maersk. Not all ties are severed at this time in terms of infrastructure.
