Pluspunten
Pay was market rate to slightly above market rate. A handful of people are really trying to build a strong culture and make the business successful.
Minpunten
First, Most of the historic positive reviews here are either by people who were pressured to leave good reviews and then laid off a month or two later or are fabricated. The actual number should be much lower. The biggest problems at CADDi start at the top. The CEO is in over his head and has gaslighted himself to believe in smoke and mirrors. He has no business running this company, and his ego will not let him get out of his own way. I and the entire BDR team were laid off less than three months after being hired. Some people were hired away from other jobs when management knew they would be laid off in two weeks. Management is entirely clueless about almost every aspect of running a successful company. They burned nearly all of their runway on marketing by sending bottles of champagne and other gifts to people who had been retired from a company for over eight years and then doubled down on this failing tactic. The CEO has a strict no-exceptions in-office policy, even though this job can be done remotely or at least hybrid, more efficiently, effectively, and for a lower cost. This would require upper management to be innovative thinkers well outside their capability. To me, our team was building a strong culture and was more interested in the company's success than "leadership." "Leadership," with the exception of a select few, was much more interested in their egos than addressing their shortcomings and taking an honest look at the state of the company. To anyone considering CADDi, I would say avoid it, but if you are desperate enough, please realize that anything out of Yushro's mouth is likely a lie, and the sad thing is that he is not wise enough to recognize that.
